1. Establishing your account
To establish a credit account, please contact the relevant office. You will be required to complete an account application form and sign our Terms and Conditions of Trade. Normally and subject to approval, your account will be established within 3 days of receipt of the completed application.
Meanwhile you may purchase goods on a cash sale basis using cash or cheque.

2. Placing your order
We want to make placing your order as easy as possible. Call us on 01-8433 732.

3. Deliveries
Deliveries should be expected within 2 working days for orders received before 12 midday, (0n stock items) i.e. orders placed Monday a.m. will be delivered latest Wednesday p.m. Orders for bespoke and non-stock items will have longer lead-times.

4. Minimum order quantities
For EPS trays there is a minimum order quantity of 20 packs/bags. All orders above a total value of €250 are carriage paid.

5. Methods of payment
By cheque (cheques must be received before despatch of goods);  or on account (approved customers only)

6. Terms of payment
Payments to be made on or before 30 days from date of invoice, for approved credit accounts only.
